She completed her CA in Kolkata without any coaching from institutes and successfully qualified in 1999.

She worked at M/s Dokania & Dokania in Kolkata, M/s Sunil Chopra & Co., Mumbai and M/s Bhuta Shah & Co, Mumbai and managed the audit and tax matters for many well-known companies
