CA Pinki Kedia is the Founder & Senior Partner of Kedia Singhania & Co., a Chartered Accountancy firm established in 2005. A Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of professional experience, she is also a qualified DISA (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and holds certifications in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and Concurrent Bank Audit.

CA Pinki Kedia has extensive expertise in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Concurrent Bank Audits, Stock Audits, Due Diligence, Taxation, Corporate Advisory, Risk Management, regulatory Compliance, financial reporting and business advisory across various industries. Under her leadership, Kedia Singhania & Co. has earned the trust of corporates, banks, MSMEs, startups, and family-owned businesses by delivering practical, ethical, and value-driven professional services. She also serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of listed companies, contributing her expertise in corporate governance, financial oversight, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
